Welcome to Ballet Elite Dance Studio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and all services provided by Ballet Elite Dance Studio ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Ballet Elite Dance Studio provides dance instruction and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Dance classes
  • Recreational dance programs
  • Competitive dance programs
  • Private lessons
  • Camps, clinics, and workshops
  • Performances and recitals

We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate and complete registration and contact information.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all students are physically able to participate in dance activities.
  • You will comply with all studio policies, schedules, and payment requirements.
  • You will follow all applicable rules and instructions provided by the studio and its instructors.

Student Participation

Participation in dance classes and related activities involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. By enrolling in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate voluntarily.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minor participants are supervised as required and that any relevant medical conditions are disclosed prior to participation.

Payments

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with their selected classes or programs. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Tuition or membership fees automatically renew where applicable.
  • Payments are due on the scheduled billing date.
  • Late or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Cancellation

Clients may cancel their enrollment according to the terms of their enrollment or membership agreement. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the client to refunds for services already rendered.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees paid for classes, tuition, registrations, camps, events, or services already provided are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, photographs, videos, choreography, graphics, website content, documentation, and materials created by Ballet Elite Dance Studio remain the property of Ballet Elite Dance Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary materials without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including, but not limited to:

  • Payment processors
  • Email providers
  • SMS providers
  • CRM platforms
  • Scheduling platforms
  • Website hosting providers

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Disclaimer

All services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ballet Elite Dance Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Ballet Elite Dance Studio during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ballet Elite Dance Studio and its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of our services
  • Information you provide
  • Your violation of applicable laws
  • Your breach of these Terms

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for non-payment, disruptive behavior, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
